Manitowoc, Wis.-based Bank First recently promoted Kathryn Schmitz to VP-retail banking and Kristi Roush to retail market manager.
Schmitz joined Bank First in 2016 and has more than 15 years of experience in mortgage lending. She graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay, where she received her bachelor’s degree in business administration. Roush joined Bank First in 2020 through the merger with Timberwood Bank and has more than 15 years of retail banking experience. She has a bachelor’s degree in marketing from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse.
The $2.9 billion bank also hired Josiah Gamroth as a retail banker in its Watertown, Wis., office. Gamroth has a decade of experience in banking, most recently in mortgage loan origination. He attended Calvin University in Grand Rapids, Mich., where he received a bachelor’s degree in small business administration and a minor in economics.
