Spirit Lake, Iowa–based Bank Midwest elected Marla Dziedzic chair of its board of directors.
Dziedzic has been a board member since January 2019, and has much experience in business, education and community volunteering. She also has years of experience in health care, including as director of talent development and manager of an employee wellness program at Sioux Falls, S.D.-based Avera Health.
“Marla has been an outstanding contributor to our board since she joined,” said Mary Kay Bates, president and CEO of the $1 billion bank. “Her broad experience and passion for community service make her an ideal candidate to serve as chair.”
Dziedzic has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree in marketing and management from Creighton University, Omaha, and an MBA from the University of Sioux Falls.
