Brad Ray to lead Security Savings

Security Savings Bancorp, Inc., and Security Savings Bank, of Monmouth, Illinois, announced that Brad Ray has been named as their next president. 

Succeeding Stan Jenks in the role, Ray has been in banking for 28 years, most recently with Rabo Bank. He has also worked for Roseville State Bank, Monmouth Trust and Savings Bank and Midwest Bank of Western Illinois.

Jenks will continue to serve as CEO of both organizations until his retirement later this year.

A native of northern Henderson County, Ray and his family have lived in the Monmouth area for many years. 

“Brad is a successful banker who brings a proven talent in lending to the bank,” Jenks said. “He is also skilled in communicating and is well- known, respected and trusted by those he has worked with as well as the community at large.”

The $200 million Security Savings Bank has offices in Monmouth and Stronghurst, Ill.
