St. Paul, Minn.-based Bremer Bank recently donated $10,000 to local nonprofit Eau Claire Area Hmong Mutual Assistance Association.
A community-driven nonprofit, the Mutual Assistance Association offers culturally-relevant resources and advocacy for victims of domestic violence and sexual assault, provides support for mental health and affordable housing, and offers other services.
“The donation is one of eight total that Bremer is making to nonprofits that embody the bank’s three philanthropic pillars of economic empowerment, affordable housing and financial education across its footprint of Minnesota, western Wisconsin and North Dakota,” Bremer Bank stated.
