Merrillville, Ind.-based Centier Bank hired Brian Troutt as vice president, commercial lender, and promoted Ben Jefferis to senior vice president, commercial real estate group manager.
Troutt has spent more than a decade in banking, with experience in real estate, agricultural and commercial and industrial lending. Troutt, who is based in the bank’s Greater Fort Wayne, Ind., market, attended Purdue University, West Lafayette, Ind.
“Brian has a tenacious spirit that I know our clients will appreciate, and I look forward to working with him to enrich lives in our Greater Fort Wayne Market and northeast Indiana,” said Market President Doug Wood.
Jefferis, who joined Centier Bank nearly five years ago, has two decades of experience in the financial industry, many of which have been in business banking/commercial real estate. He has an MBA from Indiana-based Oakland City University.
