Sparta, Mich.-based ChoiceOne Bank promoted Rick Chown to vice president of commercial and a medical loan officer.
The bank also promoted Timothy Winkels to assistant vice president, commercial loan workout officer and hired Dave Stahl as Grand Rapids branch manager and officer.
Chown rejoins ChoiceOne with more than 30 years of financial and commercial lending experience, including the last 21 in commercial, medical and health care banking. He played a major role in developing the medical banking program for ChocieOne during his previous tenure with the bank from 2016-2021. He has a Bachelor of Science degree in finance from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor.
