Union Grove, Wis.-based Community State Bank hired Jay Cashmore as market president as it prepares to expand to Waterford, Wis.
A vice president, Cashmore has more than three decades of experience in commercial lending, loan origination, mortgage lending and cash management.
“I’m very excited to return to my community banking roots,” Cashmore said. “Our team is looking forward to growing the strong relationships that have already been established in our market and continuing to earn the trust and respect of the Waterford community.”
On Nov. 1, Community State Bank will open a 5,000-square-foot branch in Waterford. The branch is part of a 28,000-square-foot development led by the village of Waterford and Selzer-Ornst Construction Co, LLC.
“This project has been a long time coming,” said CSB President and CEO Scott Huedepohl. “We’re grateful for the community partnerships that helped make this new office possible and we’re eager to move in with a fantastic banking team.”
