Community State Bank promotes three, hires assistant VP

Union Grove, Wis.-based Community State Bank promoted Bob Findysz to executive president-CFO Robert Pieroni to senior vice president and Kenosha County market president; Molly Krause and Laura Burnett Shoemaker to vice president-cash management; and hired Curt Foglesong Jr. to assistant vice president-credit officer. 

Pieroni joined CSB in 2018 as Kenosha branch manager and was promoted to Kenosha County market president last year. 

 According to the bank, Krause and Burnett Shoemaker played major roles in developing and streamlining CSB’s cash management services. Foglesong has more than two decades of banking and commercial credit experience.
