Hillsdale, Mich.-based County National Bank promoted Delesha Padula to vice president-director of operations and Amber Kohler to VP-bank operations officer.
Padula joined CNB in May 2017 as a branch manager in Hillsdale, Mich. She moved to the consumer lending department in 2020 as a consumer loan officer and was promoted to assistant vice president-retail lending officer in November 2022.
Kohler’s career at CNB began in 1996 as a part-time proof operator. She has since transitioned into other roles at the bank, including ATM operations, electronic banking, client services and data processing.
