County National Bank promotes Randy Tate to VP

Hillsdale, Mich.-based County National Bank promoted Randy Tate to vice president-loss mitigation officer.

Tate joined the bank in 2009 as a loss mitigation officer, was promoted to loan mitigation officer in 2011 and to assistant vice president in 2015. 

Tate attended Western Michigan University, Kalamazoo, and Wright State University, Dayton, Ohio. 

 “[Tate] has successfully managed the CNB loss mitigation department for several years, primarily focused on consumer and mortgage lending,” the bank stated. “Within the last year, he has accepted responsibility for commercial loan relationships and has put processes and procedures in place to better manage the commercial loan portfolio.”
