Archbold, Ohio-based Farmers & Merchants State Bank appointed Andy Baker as regional president for its northern Indiana market.
Baker was most recently an executive vice president and market manager for PNC, Pittsburgh. Baker, who has more than 27 years of banking experience, has a Bachelor of Science degree from Indiana University, Bloomington, and an MBA from Case Western Reserve University, Cleveland.
“(Baker) has a long and proven history of building markets and his incredible leadership skills will benefit F&M as we look to enhance our northern Indiana market,” said Lars Eller, President and CEO of the $2.6 billion bank.
