Minnesota-based Farmers & Merchants State Bank of Springfield honored long-time employee Kathy Hillesheim on June 29 as she retired after more than 46 years of work.
Hillesheim started her career as a teller in June 1977 and was eventually promoted to head teller, assistant cashier. She retired as the bank’s customer service officer and F&M getaways coordinator-host.
“Kathy is well-loved by both her co-workers and customers,” the bank stated. “Her knowledge, experience and customer service skills exemplified the core values of F&M.”
