Madison, Wis.-based First Business Bank hired Teresa Rogers as vice president of SBA lending and promoted Mike Groth to VP of SBA lending.
Rogers has a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Maryland, College Park.
Groth, who started his career at First Business Bank in 2018 as portfolio manager, most recently managed a portfolio of SBA lending clients. He has more than 15 years of experience in financial services, including relationship management, credit analysis, inventory appraisal and commercial real estate.
