Madison, Wis.-based First Business Specialty Finance hired Kristen Palmer as vice president and a business development officer in its account receivable financing group.
First Business Specialty Finance is a subsidiary of First Business Bank. Palmer has more than a decade of experience in financial services, having held key roles with several specialty commercial finance lenders.
Palmer has a Bachelor of Science degree from Richmond-based Virginia Commonwealth University.
“We are impressed with the visibility that she has achieved in the market and believe that she will be a significant contributor for us, both with respect to new business opportunities as well as to our internal culture,” said Bill Elliott, president of First Business Bank’s accounts receivable financing group.
