Yankton, S.D.-based First Dakota National Bank announced the retirements of board members Dan Eisenbraun and Walt Carlson and additions of Natalie Eisenberg and Bill Even to the board.
Eisenberg is the CEO of Sioux Falls, S.D.-based marketing agency Click Rain, Inc. Even is the CEO of Des Moines-based National Pork Board. The South Dakota secretary of agriculture from 2007-10, Even led global industry relations and the commercial unit of DuPont Pioneer from 2010-16.
Eisenbraun had served on the board since 2010, and Carlson has been on the board since 2011.
“I want to extend our deepest thanks and appreciation to Dan and Walt for their many years of devoted service on our board,” said Chair Larry Ness. “Their steady leadership and wisdom have been instrumental in guiding First Dakota through unique challenges and celebration-worthy success. They will be greatly missed.”
