Mattoon, Ill.-based First Mid Bank & Trust promoted Tammy Zurfluh to senior vice president, director of mortgage sales.
Zurfluh has more than 20 years of related experience. Chief Retail Loan Officer Chad Abernathy said Zurfluh’s “passion for the mortgage sales team is evident, as is the respect she’s earned. I am confident that Tammy will be a successful leader for the team.
“Prior to taking on a management role, Zurfluh was consistently a top mortgage executive with an extensive base of both new and returning clients, and a wide network of real estate professionals,” according to the bank. Now, she implements and manages best practices, overseeing strategic planning and the management of mortgage loan products.”
