First Resource Bank COO named executive vice president

Lino Lakes, Minn.-based First Resource Bank Chief Operating Officer Charles Anderson recently added the designation of executive vice president to his role.

Anderson joined First Resource Bank in 2019 after 17 years with a local investment bank.

A First Resource Bank board member, Anderson graduated from St. Peter, Minn.-based Gustavus Adolphus College, and has an MBA from the Carlson School of Management-University of Minnesota. He completed the Graduate School of Banking program at the University of Wisconsin-Madison.

“The bank has seen tremendous growth over the past few years and I think we are just scratching the surface of what we can do with this team,” Anderson said. “I’m very thankful for the recognition and it wouldn’t be possible without the amazing colleagues I work with.

“Charlie has made an incredible impact on our bank,” added First Resource Bank President Aaron Siegle. “His work ethic, leadership, commitment to the organization and the results he achieves makes this recognition well deserved.”
