First Security Bank & Trust promotes 6

Charles City, Iowa-based First Security Bank & Trust has promoted six employees, including Evelyn Schroeder and Eric Miller to vice president; and Arlie Wegner, Hannah Chambers, Dave Ragsdale and Steve Fullerton to assistant vice president.

Schroeder

Schroeder has been with First Security since 2010 and serves as the bank’s compliance manager and Bank Secrecy Act officer. Miller, who joined First Security in 2015, is an ag/commercial lender out of Charles City. 

Wegner, who has been with First Security for more than 25 years, has worked as the bank’s payroll and benefits specialist since the summer of 2013. Chambers has worked from the Charles City location for nearly 10 years, most recently as an executive assistant. Ragsdale joined First Security in January 2021 as a credit analyst and supervisor within the Credit Department. He primarily works in Charles City. Fullerton has been a business development lender for the ag/commercial team in Nora Springs since February 2021.
