Bayport, Minn.-based First State Bank & Trust and Valley Agencies are opening a new full-service bank in Hudson, Wis.
The planned 13,200-square-foot building, at 680 Annabelle Way, will include personal, business and mortgage banking services along with trust, investment and insurance services.
First State Bank & Trust partnered with Hudson-based Studio EA as the lead designer and architect. Houlton, Wis.-based Lift Bridge Builders was the general contractor.
“This building gives us the opportunity to meet the growing needs of the St. Croix Valley, as well as expand our presence in western Wisconsin,” said Jason Howard, First State president and CEO. “We are excited to put down permanent roots providing community-focused banking and financial services to Hudson and the surrounding area. We created this space to serve as a destination helping our clients on their financial journey.”
First State Bank & Trust has four branches in the St. Croix Valley, including Bayport, Oak Park Heights and Stillwater, Minn. The bank also has limited service offices at two area senior living facilities.
