Winnebago, Ill.-based Foresight Financial Group named Brooke Crull CFO.
Crull replaces Denise Osadjan, who is retiring from her position. Osadjan, who has worked with the $1.57 billion company for 33 years, is expected to continue serving as senior vice president with an official retirement date to be set in the coming months.
Crull spent the last 16 years of her career at Milwaukee-based Wipfli LLC, including as senior audit manager for the last five. She managed a portfolio of financial institutions, from de novos to institutions with more than $1 billion in assets.
A CPA, Crull received her bachelor’s degree from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and a master’s degree from St. Ambrose University, Davenport, Iowa.
