Marshfield, Wis.-based Forward Bank named Gwen Schnitzler vice president.
The bank’s human resource director, Schnitzler has more than 25 years of HR experience in central Wisconsin. Schnitzler was named the bank’s HR director in 2017 and promoted to assistant vice president later that year.
“Gwen has built a team focused on developing strong employees and leaders that will drive Forward through growth into new communities and lines of business,” said Chief Operating Officer Sheri Dick. “She’s the caretaker of our culture and has a natural ability to see how candidates will fit with the personalities that they will be working with.”
