Springfield, Mo.-based Guaranty Bank reelected James Batten chair of its board of directors and elected Tim Stack vice chair.
Stack, who has served on the board since 2020, is an executive vice president of Springfield-based equipment company SRC Holdings, Inc. He graduated from the W.P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University, Tempe, Az.
Batten, who was first elected as chair of the board in November 2022, was CFO of Springfield-based food manufacturer International Dehydrated Foods from 2016-20.
“Both of these high-caliber and talented individuals have provided strong leadership and guidance to our company over the past several years,” said Guaranty Bank CEO Monte McNew. “This transition demonstrates our commitment to our future growth in southwest Missouri.”
