Loraine Hardin has been hired as the executive VP for the government-guaranteed lending, mortgage and entrepreneurial operating systems departments for Reinbeck, Iowa-based Lincoln Savings bank.
Hardin had been a self-employed consultant for Hardin and Associates over the last two years. She worked with companies, including Lincoln Savings, to implement their entrepreneurial operating systems.
Hardin, who earned a finance degree from the University of Iowa College of Business, serves as the president of the Iowa-based nonprofit CultureALL. She is the co-president of the National Association of Women Business Owners in Iowa.
