St. Paul, Minn.-based Highland Bank promoted Sue Lee to chief operations officer.
Lee joined Highland 15 years ago, as the bank finished its acquisition of Minnetonka, Minn.-based Ridgedale State Bank. She’s since been a leader in commercial banking and operations, most recently as director of operations.
