Dale Boyer is making his presence felt as vice president of finance at the $240 million Citizens National Bank, Paris, Ill. At the age of 30, one might call him precocious, or an overachiever. But a word most apt for Boyer is likely enthusiasm – an energy his colleagues say Boyer brought through the door on his first day at Citizens National.
