Denver-based InBank named Michael Katz as chief credit officer.
Katz has more than 30 years of experience in banking, most recently as market president for KeyBank Colorado.
“His deep relationships and experience in C&I lending combined with his 30 years of doing business in the Denver metro area will add significantly to the depth of our executive team,” added Ed Francis, chair and CEO of the $1.29 billion bank. “In these times of uncertainty, we are fortunate to be well-positioned to take advantage of opportunities created by disruptions in the marketplace.”
Katz said he is looking forward to joining the bank as it continues to grow along the Interstate 25 corridor from northern Colorado to New Mexico. “I look forward to helping propel the bank’s continued growth, meeting the needs of business owners throughout our markets and contributing to a culture of innovation, teamwork and commitment within the InBank organization,” he added.
