Ionia, Mich.-based Independent Bank Corp., the holding company of Independent Bank, has promoted Josh Meyers to senior vice president, operations.
He has 12 years of experience in financial services, all of which at Independent Bank. He began with the bank in operations, before moving to risk management, where he has worked for the last 10 years. He most recently managed the bank’s retail risk function.
Meyers received his bachelor’s degree in business and accounting from Aquinas College in 2008.
