Independent Community Banks of North Dakota named Alexis Baxley as its next president.
Baxley will begin in the role on July 1. She will replace Current President Barry Haugen, who is set to retire Aug. 1 following a nearly decade-long run in the position.
Baxley has served as executive director of North Dakota School Boards Association since 2017. She served as government affairs manager at North Dakota Petroleum Council from 2012-17.
Baxley graduated from North Dakota State University, Fargo.
