Benjamin Schmitt was appointed senior vice president, CFO and treasurer of Munster, Ind.-based Finward Bancorp and its subsidiary Peoples Bank.
Schmitt has two decades of experience in the investment banking and corporate advisory industry covering community banks, most recently as president of Rally Consulting LLC.
Schmitt has a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in finance from the University of Iowa Tippie College of Business.
