Des Moines-based Iowa State Bank Investment Services has promoted Kathy Hooper to investments and insurance officer.
Hooper, who joined Iowa State Bank in May 2016, has more than 25 years of banking and investment experience.
Hooper graduated from the American Institute of Business.
