Ixonia Bank promotes seven employees

Wisconsin-based Ixonia Bank recently announced seven promotions:

  • Karla Lauersdorf to first vice president of retail banking. Lauersdorf, who has nearly 30 years of experience in banking, joined Ixonia Bank in 2008 and was promoted to vice president in 2020. 
  • Hannah Dathan to commercial banking representative. Dathan, who joined Ixonia Bank as a customer service representative in 2017, graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater with a bachelor’s degree in business administration.
  • Allison Christenson to assistant vice president of human resources. Christenson joined the bank in a customer service position in September 2013. She was transferred to the bank’s HR department the following year, and became an officer in 2021. 
  • Mike Kaesermann to assistant vice president-IT manager. Kaesermann joined Ixonia Bank as an IT specialist in 2019.  
  • Janet Willis to treasury management specialist. Willis was hired as a customer solutions specialist in 2022. 
  • Jessica Zieher to senior deposit operations specialist. Zieher, who has a decade of experience in banking, joined Ixonia Bank in May 2023 as a deposit operations specialist.  
  • Sarah Brunk to senior customers solutions specialist. Brunk joined the bank as a customer service representative in January 2018.
