Kansas City Fed announces director election results

The Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City recently announced director election results and appointments to fill positions on its main office and branch boards of directors in Denver, Oklahoma City and Omaha.

Director appointments, effective Jan. 1, included:  

  • Hulbert, Okla.-based Local Bank Board Chair and CEO Susan Chapman Plumb as a Class A director. Chapman Plumb was elected by Group 1 banks as a Class A director to represent commercial banks. She will serve a three-year term.
  • Ruben Alonso III, CEO of Kansas City, Mo.-based AltCap, was reelected to serve a three-year term by Group 2 banks as a Class B director. He will represent the public.  
  • The Federal Reserve System Board of Governors redesignated Patrick A. Dujakovich, president of the Greater Kansas City AFL-CIO, as 2024 chair of the Kansas City Fed board of directors. 

The Federal Reserve System Board of Governors designated Jandel Allen-Davis, president and CEO of Englewood, Colo.-based Craig Hospital, as deputy chair for this year.

Denver 

The Kansas City Fed announced two reelections to three-year terms at its Denver branch, including: Rachel Gerlach, chief credit officer at Glenwood Springs, Colo.-based Alpine Bank; and Navin Dimond, founder and CEO of Denver-based Stonebridge Companies, who was redesignated Denver Branch board chair for this year. 

Oklahoma City 

The Kansas City Fed reappointed Brady Sidwell to a three-year term. He is owner and principal of Enid, Okla.-based Sidwell Strategies, LLC. The Kansas City Fed also appointed Scott Case to a three-year term, and designated Dana Weber as 2024 Oklahoma City branch board chair.  

Omaha

The Kansas City Fed appointed DJ Eihusen to serve a three-year term and reappointed Carmen Tapio to serve a three-year term. Tapio was designated Omaha branch board chair for this year. 

Also, Jill Castilla, president and CEO of Citizens Bank of Edmond in Oklahoma, was reappointed as the Kansas City Fed’s representative to the Federal Advisory Council for this year.
