Kostichka named First Business Bank VP

Brookfield, Wis.-based First Business Bank has promoted Chase Kostichka to vice president II-commercial real estate banking. 

Kostichka has more than 15 years of experience in financial services. His areas of focus include helping commercial real estate and commercial and industrial clients with their financing strategies. He joined First Business after spending seven years with M&I/BMO Harris Bank, most recently in the correspondent banking division centering on C&I clients. During that time, he completed the Corporate Banking Training Program, which included credit training and exposure to various areas within the bank.

Kostichka graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in mathematics from the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point. He received an MBA from Carroll University in 2018.
