Winona, Minn.-based Merchants Bank promoted Chad Woyczik to vice president/deposit operations manager.
Woyczik joined the more than $2.6 billion Merchants Bank in 2003 as a customer service representative in St. Charles, Minn. He’s led Merchants Bank’s Winona-Lakeside location since 2007 as a branch officer/manager.
“(Woyczik’s) expertise working with our customers and systems over the last 20 years makes him the perfect fit for this new role,” said CFO Sue Savat. “His firsthand knowledge will be beneficial as he works with our deposit operations team to continue to position us for growth, improve behind-the-scenes processes and create efficiencies that will benefit customers company-wide.”
