Koperski will be based out of the company’s Chicago office while Bridgeman works from headquarters. He brings nearly a decade of experience to his new role, and was most recently a senior associate at Skogie, Ill.-based mortgage lending company Fairway IMC.

“We are excited to welcome [Koperski] as the newest addition to the Merchants mortgage team,” said Merchants Mortgage President Jerry Koors. “Adding his wealth of knowledge in the industry and his expertise in mortgage finance will only further our commitment to serving our clients at the highest standards possible.”

Bridgeman has more than 13 years of experience leading community engagement and marketing initiatives in central Indiana. She has a Master of Science degree from the University of Indianapolis and a bachelor’s degree from the Kelley School of Business at Bloomington-based Indiana University.
