Bob Herdoiza was named to the board of directors for Fenton, Mich.-based holding company Fentura Financial, Inc., and subsidiary The State Bank.
A partner at Stonebridge Financial Group, Herdoiza is a serial entrepreneur. He began his career as a CPA auditing companies in southeast Michigan.
