Jon Werme joined Michigan-based Sturgis Bank as senior vice president, Kalamazoo market president.
Werme has more than 35 years of banking experience in commercial lending, credit analysis and private banking. He has a Bachelor of Arts degree in business and economics from Hope College, Holland, Mich., and an MBA from Indiana University, Bloomington.
“His strong history of serving business customers in that area will further enhance our impact in a community that we have served for over five years,” said Sturgis Bank CEO Jason Hyska.
