Minneapolis-based MidCountry Bank promoted Stephenie Olson to director of operations.
A member of the bank’s executive leadership team, Olson started her career at the bank in 2006 as an assistant controller and was later promoted to controller. “Stephenie has shown limitless capacity for growth, innovation and creating strategic alignment across business lines,” the bank stated.
Olson graduated from St. Cloud State University.
