St. Louis-based Midwest BankCentre hired Stephanie Makalous as senior vice president of treasury management services.
Makalous, who is based in the $2.75 billion bank’s Kansas City business production office, has more than 20 years of experience in banking. She started her career at First Business Bank in Kansas City, and was most recently managing director of Kansas City treasury services at Leawood, Kan.-based CrossFirst Bank.
Makalous’ hire came after Midwest BankCentre opened its first business production office in Kansas City last October.
