First Security Bank appointed Kalli Ryti as president and CEO.
Ryti’s appointment is effective Jan. 1. She will replace Jim Ness, who expects to retire at the end of the year.
Ryti was selected following a nationwide search process. She has more than 30 years of banking experience, previously serving as First Security Bank executive vice president.
First Security Bank, which serves areas in western Montana, is a division of Glacier Bank, which is owned by Kalispell, Mont.-based regional bank holding company Glacier Bancorp, Inc.
