Phil Moore is joining Nicolet Bankshares and its subsidiary Nicolet Bank as chief financial officer, effective June 7.
Moore joins Green Bay, Wis.-based Nicolet after times as an accountant and auditor of community banks, most recently serving as the southeast U.S. market leader for Wipfli LLP. Prior to that, he was managing partner of Porter Keadle Moore, LLC.

Moore has a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in account from Georgia Southern University, Statesboro.
