Arnolds Park, Iowa-based Northwest Bank awarded four local students with $1,000 scholarships.
The scholarships were awarded to students based on academic achievement, and recipients were required to be enrolling as a full-time undergraduate student in a business program.
Recipients included Nolan Carroll, who graduated from Waukee High School; Levi Manning of Northwest High School; Shea Berger of Dowling Catholic High School; and Elliot Baughman of Valley High School.
“We are pleased to have the opportunity to present these students with the scholarship awards and honor their dedication and hard work,” said Travis Simpson, regional bank president at the $2.47 billion bank. “Awarding these scholarships is a great way to help students save for their higher education and recognizes them for their outstanding achievement and civic involvement and volunteerism.”
