Oregon, Wis.-based One Community Bank donated $5,000 to Madison, Wis.-based nonprofit The Village Diaper Bank and collected diapers at its Dane County locations.
The diaper drive raised more than 1.1 million diapers from donations and a match day on Feb. 22. The Village Diaper Bank works with local service organizations to provide free diapers to families in need.
“Donating diapers and similar items may seem small, but it makes a big impact for families in our communities,” said One Community Bank Assistant Vice President Karleigh MacWilliams. “As a board member at The Village Diaper Bank, I get to witness the gratitude and positive impact this organization brings to families. I am appreciative of OCB’s support and participation in this drive each year.”
