Oregon, Wis.-based One Community Bank hired Dennis Haefer as senior vice president, commercial banking manager.
Haefer, who is based in Waunakee, Wis., has 35 years of experience in banking, and has established relationships during his career with entrepreneurs, business leaders and business owners.
