Oregon, Wis.-based One Community Bank promoted Nona Havey to vice president-retail banking manager.
The bank hired Havey as a part-time teller 13 years ago, and she’s held multiple roles since, most recently as an assistant vice president and bank manager. Havey will oversee OCB’s growth in its McFarland, Wis., and Cottage Grove, Minn., locations.
“Nona is an exceptional colleague and is a tremendous asset to the retail team,” said Senior Vice President of Retail Banking Shelley Edgington. “She genuinely cares about her colleagues and OCB’s clients.”
