Oregon, Wis.-based One Community Bank promoted Bill Borchers to senior vice president of loan servicing and construction.
Borchers joined the $1.6 billion bank in 2017. He has nearly four decades of experience in banking, and has been involved with the Wisconsin Mortgage Bankers Association.
