Moline, Ill.-based QCR Holdings, Inc., promoted Will Cologna to first vice president of digital banking.
Cologna has worked for QCR subsidiary Guaranty Bank for 23 years, most recently as VP of operations and security. He has an MBA from Missouri State University, Springfield, Mo.
