Security Financial Services Corp. elects two board members

Durand, Wis.-based Security Financial Services Corp. elected Jim Kusilek and Jeanne Szepieniec to its board at a recent shareholder meeting. 

An experienced agricultural and commercial lender, Kusilek coowns a local farm with his wife, Audrey. The farm employs 25 people and includes 1,600 dairy cows and 1,200 heifers. 

Szepieniec, who started working at her family-owned car dealerships Chilson Automotive at the age of 15, has since held positions in project management, customer service, operations, product integration and charity contributions. She has an MBA from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire. 

Szepieniec was elected to a three-year term while Kusilek’s term will end in 2026. Also at the meeting, Chair Jack Kaiser and board member Andy Wieser were reelected to three-year terms.  

“I am pleased to welcome both Jim and Jeanne to the SFSC Board of Directors,” said board Chair Jack Kaiser. “Their diverse experience, skills, and background will be an asset as SFSC continues to grow.”
