Sioux City, Iowa-based Security National Bank has promoted four employees to vice president positions, including Keri Struve to VP of human resources; Travis Haltli to VP of commercial services; Chris Jackson to VP of retail services; and Troy Steensen to VP of marketing.
Struve, who received her Senior Certified Professional designation from the Society of Human Resource Management, joined the bank in 2015 as an HR generalist before advancing to HR officer. She studied communications at the University of Iowa. Haltli, who joined Security National in 2019, has nearly two decades of local business banking experience. He graduated from Briar Cliff University with a bachelor’s degree in business and finance. He is certified through the Commercial College of Credit.
Jackson has more than 13 years of financial experience, including as a personal banker, commercial services representative and assistant VP of retail. Jackson graduated from Briar Cliff University and the Iowa Bankers Association Commercial Lending School. Steensen, who joined SNB as marketing director in 2016, has management experience in e-commerce platforms and multimedia advertising sales in print and television industries. A Northwest Missouri State University graduate, Jackson received an Advanced Certificate in Bank Marketing from the American Bankers Association in 2017.
