Bismarck, N.D.-based Starion Bank promoted Peter Moskal to vice president.
The $1.7 billion bank hired Moskal five years ago as a credit analyst III. He has been promoted several times since, most recently to assistant VP in late 2020. Moskal is based in the bank’s Middleton, Wis., branch.
